Faisal began his career at a leading Melbourne accounting firm, developing deep expertise in tax compliance and audit. He moved into corporate finance roles, serving as financial controller and CFO for prominent companies — guiding startups through rapid growth and supporting a successful IPO.
That experience showed him a gap: Melbourne’s small and mid-size businesses deserved the same calibre of financial strategy that listed companies take for granted. In 2020, he founded Centric Accountants to close that gap — fixed-fee, proactive, and personal.
